Refund policy

• Declined listing: full refund, automatically, if we decline your tool.
• Not delivered on time: if a Verified review isn't completed within 5 business days, or a Featured or Homepage slot doesn't start within 5 business days of approval, you can ask for a full refund.
• Change of mind: full refund on request within 7 days of payment if the paid placement hasn't started yet. Once a Featured or Homepage slot is live, it isn't refundable, but you can ask us to end it early.
• How: email ledgerpicksdirectory@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
