How we list tools
Every fact on LedgerPicks comes from the vendor's own website, with the date we checked it.
- Source: only the vendor's own website (homepage and pricing page). We record the URLs and the date checked on every listing.
- Connects to: we show QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Sage or NetSuite only where the vendor's site names it next to integration or sync wording, and we quote the text. Comparison and migration mentions don't count.
- CRA / IRS / GST-HST / QST: shown when the vendor's site mentions them, with the quote. A mention is not a certification or an endorsement.
- Prices: captured from the vendor's pricing page as shown on the check date. Currencies and billing terms vary, so always confirm on the vendor site.
- Data location: only when the vendor states it.
- Verified: a paid, human re-check of the listing against the vendor's site, stamped with the date. It is not an endorsement or a rating.
- Sponsored: paid placements are always labelled. The main directory is alphabetical.
- Logos: each tool's own favicon, fetched from its website, shown only to identify it.
