Visitors. This site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and fonts and logos are served from this site itself (no third-party requests). Our host may log technical data such as IP addresses to operate and secure its service.

Buyers. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and the tool name, URL and category you enter at checkout. We never see your full card number. We use this only to deliver and support your order, keep accounting and tax records, and prevent fraud. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires (in Canada, generally six years).

Vendor contact details. Listings show only business information the vendor publishes on its own website. If we email you about your listing, it is a one-off note about that listing, and every message has an unsubscribe option that we honour within 10 business days.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information at ledgerpicksdirectory@gmail.com. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
